“Don’t just think out of the box, redefine the box”
Entrepreneur is a French word first defined by economist Richard Cantillon. Jean-Baptiste has coined the word ‘entrepreneur’ and defined it as, one who takes to hand. It means someone who does not simply work or open a business but rather someone who shifts economic resources out of an area of lower and into an area of higher productivity and greater yield. The thought process of every person generates ideas capable of potential business opportunities. The Entrepreneurship Cell at IIM Ranchi provides a platform for budding entrepreneurs to convert their thoughts into reality.
